I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Marsh (London, England) in Mar 2019
Interview
Application submission online followed by a video interview. If passed the video interview, there is an online test to complete with maths and psychometric questions of a relatively high level of difficulty. This is followed by an assessment centre where a presentation is to be prepared in advance. The topic of the presentation is chosen for you. At the assessment day there is an interview, a written assignment that is related to a group discussion which is at the beginning of the day and ends with giving your presentation. Make sure to have industry knowledge, and what's been going on in the company that is significant.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh
Interview
Applied online. Received an email 3 weeks later telling me to expect a call from HR within the next 10 days; did not receive any. I followed up and a call was scheduled with HR a couple weeks later. Did the interview and I thought it went relatively well. Did not receive any feedback so I sent follow-up emails several times but to no avail.. Very unprofessional and truly appalling..

Why Marsh?
Initial video interview using Hirevue, then a gamified behavioral assessment by Arctic Shores, then a final interview with senior officers. Overall, a very comprehensive interview process and really up to date with the technology.
