The interview process is entirely dehumanizing through their utilization of "One-way video interviews". I have no idea if my application has ever been seen by a living person. I got zero feedback on my interview other than the typical "Unfortunately" email. The experience was a valuable learning tool for me to avoid any other company that engages in that form of applicant screening.
