Filled out on-line application. Then had telephone interview. Then went to facility in Tyrone, GA.
Must have spent about 20 minutes on the telephone interview and at the facility about an hour.
The one on one interview went well. The person that was to be my boss really liked me and seemed to want to hire me on the spot.
A couple of weeks later I get a robo-email stating I wasn't qualified.

Three interview process: HR. Manager has a phone interview with you. If you move on you are scheduled for an in person with hiring managers at the location. Lastly, you are scheduled for a third interview with district personnel. They come together and make a decision. Very nice, diplomatic and fair process with very friendly and personable staff.
