Martin|Williams interview questions

Met with 4 different people and they all were well prepared. The interview was time-consuming but seemed worth it due to them getting to know me better and vice versa.

The interview process consisted of meeting multiple different people from Account Supervisors to the Head of Account Management in their Minneapolis office. The environment was very laid back and each interview lasted around 30 minutes. The interview was conversational and did not consist of any behavioral questioning. Each interviewer was prompt and very friendly. They described the role and various clients as well as the culture and what they were looking for in their new hire.
