I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mass General Brigham
Interview
Very quick process. I had prior experience in large scale implementations so the timeline from phone to sitting at a desk was about 5 weeks. The most difficult and longest part was getting through HR. Once I got to the actual AM, it was much quicker and more accommodating. I didn't even both negotiating just to escape my hellish old job.

Question 1
The entire "panel" part of the interview is a "how would you handle" scenario. Be prepared to cite examples
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mass General Brigham (Boston, MA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Phone screen and then onsite interview. First met with two people who conducted the behavioral interview (lasted 1 hr, asked about how you handled certain situations with specific examples), and then met with the department hiring manager. All were super nice and friendly. Heard back within a month for references, and then a few days later got a verbal offer. Overall, HR is really reliable, attentive, and responsive. They always kept me up to date on my candidacy status.

Question 1
Behavioral questions, and standard HR questions. Nothing too difficult. Just make sure you are able to supply them with specific examples from past work or personal experiences during the behavioral interview.
