Interview
They perform a very through interview and background check. You take multiple tests including math, grammar, typing, etc. The interview was very laid back and had great questions. I spent a lengthy time there but overall felt very welcomed.

The interview process was simple. I applied on a Saturday and had a Teams interview the following Wednesday. The call back came the following week, resulting in a second interview.
