I submitted a resume on the company website and then received a homework assignment to submit within a few days.
Telephone interview with HR to see if I am indeed suitable for the job and the details are relevant.
Finally I was in a technical interview where I was asked a number of questions that were not particularly difficult and the general feeling in the interview was comfortable.

In Java what does it mean when constructor is declared private?
I was in the process of interviewing for a data science position at a tech company, and it involved several stages. It began with a phone screening where I talked about my background and why I was interested in the role. Then I had to complete a technical challenge that tested my skills in Python, statistics, and data manipulation. After that came the behavioral interview, where I shared examples of how I work with teams and solve problems. I was given a case study as well, which involved analyzing a dataset and presenting insights as if I were pitching to stakeholders. The final round was more intense—I met with several team members and had to explain how I’d contribute to their projects.
