There really wasn't one, it was mostly answer their online quizzes, and then attend an offer meeting. Quizzes took about an hour, but were straightforward. After the quizzes, they reach out maybe four days later (in my case), and offer an offer meeting.

Easy. Simple. Prepare for interview with sample questions and practice answers for a CSR at Maximus. Be yourself and provide personable answers rather than some that you’ve copied from someone else online.

Tell me about a time I handled a difficult customer and what I did to change the customers presentation on the company.
Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
