It was a very basic interviewing process and I was hired fairly fast I found out the next day that I was hired. they only hire prospects from agencies. they tell you the hours they are looking for and the pay rate. the job is contracted through the agency you are with so the pay rate is set and can not be negotiated. The contract is reviewed each year so pay rate can go up.

Tell me about a time I handled a difficult customer and what I did to change the customers presentation on the company.
Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
