It was a single elaborative round with the directors of the company. first round was purely management related questions which was quite positive. then I was called for another round to discuss the salary part, they will try to convince you to join in less than your current ctc - you should be careful in this regard. post this offer was sent.

The interview process took over a month to complete. I filled out the application online, and about three weeks later, I was contacted by someone from Human Resources. We discussed the position and some of the high-level details. Then another two weeks passed before they reached out again to set up the first interview. The second interview was with three of directors from different programs that I would be working with, and the final interview was with the managing director of the Federal education program.

The usual interview questions give us examples of how you would handle a stressful situation with a coworker, and how would you handle a situation with a project team member who was not completing their work. Tell us your strengths etcetera
2 seperate interview stages. Each interview with a different manager. It was fairly straight forward and I was also able to get a good insight regarding expectations and company culture.

Applied online and it took several weeks to hear back, After that, typical recruiter interview followed by hiring manager, and then a panel interview with cross-functional partners I'd work with. It took about 5 weeks.
