Interview
Went through Hays recruitment - I was approached by them directly. Initial interview with Hayes went well, hurdle one met. Hurdle two was to answer 7 questions in 35 minutes. This I also achieved well. Thirdly a 20 minute timed selection of 25 multi-choice, again answered well and therefore for through to the final face to face Maximus interview in Leeds.

Question 1
For nurses above all to meet targets and tow the corporate line to meet those targets of 6 / 7 assessments a day at 100% quality. I suggested to the interviewer who was also a nurse, that above everything I was a dedicated, caring and experienced nurse and that the patient experience and not targets was my priority. JOB LOST and who cared. Would have been like selling my sole to the devil.

Very seamless process. Straight forward interview with friendly welcoming staff. Offer adequate training for proper induction and step by step guide on what to expect. Decent salary for role. I completely recommend seeking out a job here.

Straightforward interview with reasonable questions. No concerns about the interview process. Friendly but professional interviewers. Questions were normal interview questions with appropriate follow up questions. Interview was over teams/zoom and was under one hour

Interview
Three stages. Phone call convo. Clinical exam and finally and Microsoft teams conversation with interviewers. I was explained this process in an initial conversation and was also told it is a quick turn around process. Maybe beneficial for those looking to side step the medical/NHS field
