The interview was super easygoing. It wasn't an interview at all, it was a group zoom meeting telling us about the job, picking our hours, and accepting the position! While in the meeting, they send via email our offer letters as well as the links to onboarding and the background check process.

Tell me about a time I handled a difficult customer and what I did to change the customers presentation on the company.
Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
