When I first interviewed early this year, I got it thru an agency but there was no telephone interview but now is required so that management can get a feel about how a person will sound like and the type of vocabulary he/she uses. Once in the office, dress impeccable and groomed because once in the job, you will be required to dress professionally except on Fridays so look your best!
