Multiple phone calls across all areas to learn about the position as well as benefits that were available for this role. There were some face to face interviews as well and everyone was very friendly, outgoing and upfront throughout the entire process.

Question 1
Why do you feel that you would be a good fit for this company?
The interview process took over a month to complete. I filled out the application online, and about three weeks later, I was contacted by someone from Human Resources. We discussed the position and some of the high-level details. Then another two weeks passed before they reached out again to set up the first interview. The second interview was with three of directors from different programs that I would be working with, and the final interview was with the managing director of the Federal education program.
