The interviewer tried to fluster you, so real-time, on-role experience was taken. Overall, the results were fast, and the session lasted half an hour. The interviewer posed as a client with a problem statement and asked to solve it, the interviewee had to gather relevant requirements.
The interview process took over a month to complete. I filled out the application online, and about three weeks later, I was contacted by someone from Human Resources. We discussed the position and some of the high-level details. Then another two weeks passed before they reached out again to set up the first interview. The second interview was with three of directors from different programs that I would be working with, and the final interview was with the managing director of the Federal education program.
