I recently give interview in Maxposure Media Group. HR asked me to schedule the interview process and on the next day interview begins! Interview process was good but delayed in telling the result in my case.

Round 1 : Coding round through screen sharing. HR give me two questions to code. Que1. If a array is given in this order 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 then the output shown on the screen is 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3 Que 2: If user enters a number let say 555 then output on the screen will show Five Hundred Fifty Five

The interview process was smooth including a test and a personal interview. But I think they take interview just for the sake of it - without any actual intentions of hiring. Don't go there unless you want to waste your time.

The HR call me and arrange the interview for me telling me that it will take only 1-2 hours and they have a immediate requirement but interview process takes whole day as they conduct four rounds and after i cleared all rounds they did not give me desired CTC as promised. They wasted my time and money.
