Interview was very laid back. Rotated in 30 minute blocks between groups that had two or three people. Asked a few science question such as how does HPLC work. What is pH. Other than that was just talking to you and gauging personality. Some people are more personable than others so be ready for a diverse group. Each looking for something different in you. Go in with a few question because they may only ask you two or three questions.
It was pretty straight forward. I was asked one technical question about how a Karl Fischer worked. I had to describe the process in its entirety by one of the interviewees.

Interview is with a panel of chemist, usually 3-6 people of management positions. Was very laid back. People were very personable. Know your science and details of any relevant experience on your resume. Be yourself. Have questions going in.

Interview
I really liked the fact that you get a chance to interview with multiple people from different departments. You get immediate exposure to what each group does. The interview overall took about 3 to 3.5 hours. Everyone was very receptive and seemed to be interested in hiring and working with me.
