The interviewer was more interested in my background and hardship than my skills, qualification or motivation for applying and also indicated/suggested maybe I should look into working in other field other than law. It was disheartening when I heard that their criticism was that I did not provide information about my skills or experience - although the advertisement was for an internship and the interviewer never once asked me about my skills or experience. Overall, I felt that the interviewer was inexperienced, unprofessional and disinterested in actually giving me a chance. It was more of a "tell me about your background and what you've been through" to make a good story to tell their friends and actually disregard the applicant and their intention and motivation for being there.
