The interviewer was from the HR team was very nice and enthusiastic. Asked pretty basic questions such as why you wanted to join the company and gave a rundown of the role and future interview process. They were also able to answer any questions I had for them pretty comprehensively too.

The process was very simple and there was nothing stressful about it. We talked about the job and my vision of the workplace, no unneccessary trick questions. They also called me back me very quickly.

Very upbeat and casual. The recruiter was very nice and made me feel comfortable. It was on TEAMS. You must have TEAMS to interview. She said the agency is making a lot of changes which will be more apparent once the new Global CCO starts.

One behavioral interview after handing in a work example. The interviewer asked basic CV and motivational questions. It is very straightforward and I heard back the results on the same day. Very smooth process.

Did anyone work or work at McCann’s @gotham? Curious to know the current culture and atmosphere of the agency. Is it a pleasant and encouraging place to work if you like beauty/fashion, or more of a soul-crushing place with unreasonable demands/managers?
