I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at McCormick Taylor (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2019
Interview
I got the interview through a connection in my professional organization in college (SWE). They asked standard experience/qualification based questions along with more open-ended questions like "Why do you want to be an engineer"? They took me on a tour of their office and introduced me to the members of their team. The staff seemed friendly, and the office is great looking in a great location.

Interview
They were very nice, asked me a lot about my past internship. Just wanted to know what I did in my internship, and anything I was involved with in school. It was more of a conversation than an interview.
