Generally friendly preliminary interview over the phone and then a lengthy follow up with the hiring manager. These events took place more than a week apart. The interview was pre corona so it was in the office. Smooth. Got an offer letter within a week. They had you sign and do drug / background testing. Upon arrival on the first day theres a lot of repetitive paperwork. I consider this to be a pretty standard and impersonal approach to hiring. It depends on who the hiring manager is though.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at McCormick Taylor in Feb 2019
Interview
Half hour video interview with a manager and employee from 2 different branches. First we went over my resume and they asked questions about the extra curriculars and job experience. Also asked a couple questions regarding relevant classes and future classes I’d be taking before opening the floor for me to ask questions. However, I didn’t get an offer because they were looking for a candidate with more experience.
