I applied through college or university. I interviewed at McCownGordon Construction (Warrensburg, MO) in Sep 2025
Interview
It was great. Met at a career fair and received an invitation to a preliminary interview. Made it to the next interview, but I ended up not being a good fit. I think there were some questions I couldn't really answer at the time. Overall, great process, would definitely try again at the opportunity.

I sent my resume in and was asked to choose a time for an interview a day or two after sending it in. The interview was about 30 minutes long with two people. It was fantastic, they were great to talk to and it was the best interview I've ever had. I got an offer the day after my interview.
