I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at McGill University (Quebec, QC)
Interview
The professor was kind and appreciated my research background and asked me to describe how my experience here was so far, he asked me about my interests and gave me options to select a project
Pretty standard and exactly as it was described in the internal job posting. No surprises. Talked to the prof and other team members about the project, shared my thoughts. Easy going.

The interview was overall nice and relaxing. It was a fun way to know who I’d be working with. They only wanted to know about me and my skills. That was all I was asked.

The interview process is bit hard. You are good to go as long as you know the subject you are going to research on. In depth knowledge of subject is required for the interview process.
