Excellent communication throughout the process, transparent with the next steps, quick responses and overall process. Interview and application process says a lot about a company and theirs is top notch.
Overall the interviews were very casual. So casual that it felt like some people didn’t really know what they were supposed to ask or discover in the interview process. I interviewed with a total of 5 people I think. Everyone was very nice and the interview questions were pretty standard. My only complaint about the process was at the end of the interviews I followed up with the Recruiter who told me that they were just waiting on feedback from the hiring manager. And then I never heard back from them again.
