She spent the better part of an hour just telling me about the role and responsibilities i would be holding, which was quite informative and good. But, she never asked me about my skill levels, or what my prior experiences are. Although she did mention me taking a skills survey with HR once my interview was done. So I am still waiting on that

Nursing director of the unit reached out a day or two after I sent in an application, scheduled an interview in person or Zoom (I chose in person) for the next week. HR contacted shortly after for references.

Brief phone call with HR, then a virtual meeting with hiring manager was easy. I was asked questions about previous jobs and why I wanted to work here. The hiring manager had clearly reviewed my resume and asked me specific questions.
