One hour process, face to face, technically focused questions, little emphasis on soft skills. Quick, unfocused and all a bit routine. I guess the high turnover males this a bit of a chore
The interview process was straight forward. It was a two stage interview with quick responses between the stages. There was an initial phone interview beforehand. The final stage was face to face.
