There was a resume based shortlisting, then aptitude test - these are elimination rounds, followed by Personal Interview for selection. I went to the PI round where they asked supply change, service process, efficiency, and situational questions.

Interview
Aptitude test followed by 3 rounds of interview with HR, Top Management of the Company. Aptitude exam was not easy, one should have a expert knowledge of Quants to qualify that.
