Pretty lax process. They tell you about the company then ask you questions and give you time to ask questions. They ask a lot of situational questions, so come prepared to talk about your past experience. And make sure to ask questions

Tell me about a time you gave good customer service and what made it good?
Pretty easy and straight forward. Interviewers were really nice and made you feel comfortable. Interview was done in their conference room and they offered water or coffee if you needed it.
Casual and conversational vibe. The interviewer wanted me to demonstrate my knowledge of the company and why I would be a good fit (not unlike any other interview). Conducted over Zoom
