I was told I would hear back regarding the outcome of the conversation, but unfortunately, I never received a follow-up. I even sent a polite follow-up email to check in, but never got a response. While I understand that hiring processes can shift or stall, clear communication — even a quick status update — goes a long way. I was disappointed by the lack of follow-through after an otherwise promising start.
