Medallion Partners interview questions

First phone call to 'get to know' the applicant and gauge interest in the job listing itself. Sent supporting documents (flyer from company job posting and company vision) and then called again later in the week to review. Did not know many details of the job itself. After interest was expressed - promised followup after getting resume to company and arranging an in person interview. No contact via phone or email past that point. Ignored contact from applicant.
