I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Media Direct (Greenwood, IN)
Interview
Attend laid back interview, submit drivers license, ss card/birth certificate, and auto insurance. They do background check and drug screen. As long as you are personable, presentable, and have no problem going door to door, you are pretty much given a chance, unless they don't have many positions open.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Media Direct (Chattanooga, TN) in Sep 2015
Interview
It seemed too easy to be good. And too good to be true. It was very simple and started with a phone interview. The second interview was supposed to be a Skype interview but turned into a phone interview as well. The interviewer was very nice. A very well known guy throughout the company. He basically wanted to know if I was motivated or not. Overall however, it was good.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Media Direct (Louisville, KY) in Jan 2013
Interview
Referred by friend. I met with manager at a Star Bucks. Given a overview of the job description and product, went over commissions and bonus structure. I was asked to shadow in the field for a few hours. We went out from 3-5:30 and followed the leads that were assigned by AT&T. Everyone that answered was friendly, the manager was friendly, wasn't pushy, and had fun with customers and between knocking doors. In that time I watched him get two sales, each sale took about 30 minutes from start to finish. When I found out the commission he made in those two sales, I was sold. Put my two weeks notice in and joined the team immediately after.
