trying to describe this with kindness. I will start by saying that my feedback was provided after a poor job interview experience and the manager took onboard and apologised. That, however is not helping me, but hopefully it will help future candidates and the company.
In short: there was no process, no job description link provided, they were late with comms, oversight of sending me interview invite and delayed in sending me the assignment. So two days prior to my interview where I was meant to present my assignment (which I never got), I chased up and got informed that the position was filled. I felt unappreciated, unseen and am sure there was no process in place. Not sure who got the job but they did not interview at the same time with the rest of candidates. Overall I had the impression that the managers were doing a DIY job on the whole thing, failing to involve HR. That means lack of organisation and it does not fill me with hope that the job would be better either. So proceed with caution. They apologised and admitted I was handled wrongly. Are there any consequences at all ?
