The overall interview process consisted on 5 different interviews. The process was methodical and well thought. It consisted on biographical, behavioral and sill questions. The job requires strong intellectual skills and solid communication abilities. I would encourage future candidates to command their work history and be well prepared to discuss their life’s mission as well as their 100 days and 5 year career plan. It pays off to be well prepared for the interviews.
