I never received an outcome after 2 rounds of interview. I followed up both via email and phone but no response. Communication was almost instant during the early recruitment stage but they just decided to ghost candidates when they no longer want to move forward with them. Very unprofessional and says a lot about the company.

3 rounds interviews including behaviour and case studies. Typical consulting interview process. Start with behaviour questions to test out why Medibank and interests in Healthcare space and then case study about a new business idea

Talent acquisition consultant was amazingly good and kept me updated frequently. First round phone screen, then face to face with two hiring managers and then second round with different managers. A fairly straightforward process.
