Initial 15 min phone call with recruiter followed by two more in depth interviews. Initial recruiter was very nice and helpful. Second person who interviewed seemed a bit less interested, but nothing too crazy.

A waste of time.
Despite meeting and exceeding the minimum requirements of the role. I was deemed not good enough and as usual given the "moving in a different direction" excuse. They reposted the position twice in the time since, so they clearly need a GPS for their own hiring practices. They stress quantity over quality which is ridiculous from an efficiency stand point. If you worry so much about metrics up front, maybe take a look and see how many of those cold calls actually convert. Any worthwhile recruiter or business executive cares more about the conversion rate more than 100 blind calls a day that lead to nothing.
