The process was very fast, I applied online and 2 days later got a call for an interview the next day. and started that next monday. As the interview went on she asked which position I would like and then she kept offering different positions, it went from Concessions to Floor to Box Office to supervisor (when there is an opening). Very easy interview. It is a one on one interview that is really laid back. They do require a clean appearance for example, no facial piercings, one pair of earring the size of a nickle or smaller, no visible tattoos, and if you have a slightly colored hair that doesn't look natural they will let you know. I have dyed red hair that she mentioned may cause a problem... which I dont understand because I also work for a commercial bank, and it's definitely not an issue there.
