Memphis interview questions

The interview process was actually incredibly pleasant but the HR person handling my profile was incredibly rude and constantly delayed giving me important requests and deadlines. At one point the direct of HR called to “follow up” on a request for an updated resume but I’d never received a call about the request to begin with. After an offer was made I was told I’d get paperwork in a matter of days. Two weeks later I had no paperwork so I reached out the department I interviewed with to confirm whether the offer still stood. They said yes and that I should’ve received the paper work already. HR made the entire process a nightmare and I eventually accepted a different offer after 3 long months of trying to figure out next steps with the city.
