Interview
Business casual clothing preferred. They asked what we knew about the company so it's a good idea to read their website before hand. They also said they love when people smile because it's a big part of their brand. I had a group interview for a location that hadn't opened yet. I had never had an interview before so I was nervous, but the questions are fairly generic. Duties include stuff like prepping the yogurt, cleaning, and cash. Seems like a nice environment but whenever I go into one it looks understaffed. I also get the sense that previous hospitality/customer service experience is a huge asset because the interviewer talked about it for a good 15 minutes.
