    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Menlo College (Menlo Park, CA) in August 2009.

    Interview

It was a bit rushed, they didn;t really explain all that was expected, therfore setting up for failure
With being in a hardship my self, my parenet had just suffered a massive stroke....I really need a job...to be able to help with my parents added expenses...so you might say I was a bit disperate..so that was my bad
But over all I was set up to fail...I look back now and see that I was starting to fit in and folks were liking my work...but the upper management I well say they didn't like my look that has to be it...because my work was well done and always on time and stayed late if I had to without been asked.
After all that they did to me to make me fail...I feel sorry for them because I am in better company now and even though I have lost my parent my life has gotten better

    Interview Questions

    • They asked me about some software (don't remember name) and how I would apply it to this job ????? This was prior to them totaling explaining the job duties   1 Answer
    • They asked, since I was bilingual...they asked where I learned to speak it...was I born in the united states ?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

not much of one...they stated this what was being offered and that was that...take it or leave it...
If I had to do over I think would not take the job... and am sure God would help me out and not let me fall
