Mercedes Club interview questions

I had a previous interview here and didn't get the job. Four months later I realized they were hiring again. I really liked the vibe of this gym so i decided to apply again. I spoke to the hiring manager through phone first. Went pretty well and I was invited for an on site . When I to went to the OS I waited for the manager for a couple of minutes As soon as we sat down she looked at me and then looked my resume and said " Oh I didn't think you were a good fit then and your not a good fit now". I was shocked. I took PTO at my other job to go to this interview for someone to need even consider me. No equal employee opportunity here. Defamation of character. I have over 10 years of gym sales under my belt.
