They scheduled a first screen with an engineering lead who never showed up for the interview meeting. He did not even reply to the email I sent asking about if he's still meeting or not. Would never recommend wasting time at this stupid place.

Very tight schedule.
The interview is not tailed for your background. The interviewer only focus on his own field which could not related to you background and JD at all. It seems there's a huge gap between interviewer and recruiter.
Move fast on process too.
It was an Ai taking interview,
First question was about oneself
From that it started asking about something from what you said, in My case it was RL.
Then it made a Problem about RL that I needed to solve.
Then its code was shown and error was needed to be found.
Then some more views like different Approach was asked.
