MetaMetrics interview questions

Multiple engineers in a panel asked questions, gave scenarios, and asked me to complete white-board coding exercises while describing my thinking. Interviewers were patient and encouraging. They gave me opportunities to show off my skills and knowledge. Thankfully, I felt like they were more interested in how I approach problems than in my ability to program on a white-board. I actually learned some things in the interview.

I met with four people in a conference room with everyone sitting at the table and just firing off, seemingly, random questions at me. The positive aspects of this setup is that it was very relaxed and lacked the normal nervous tension found in most interview scenarios. The negatives of this process were that nothing was really well explained in terms of what they actual want and need you to do.
