Stay away from this job. It's a waste of time. They send you a psycholocial test to see if you are a cutthroat salesperson. Then they don't get back to you for days. I heard if you don't make your monthly quota, money comes out of your paycheck.

You get a series of questions about how you would react if I client or customer refuses your offer. It's takes about 40 minutes.

Interview
The interview was very straightforward. I was able to speak with the CEO, who went over everything about the company then he called in two reps to interview me as well. The entire process was painless and very light hearted.
