      I had a very positive interview experience with Mews from start to finish. One thing that really stood out to me was the communication. Unfortunately, it’s common these days for recruiters to take weeks to respond or even stop responding altogether. That wasn’t the case here. Throughout the entire process, I always received updates within a couple of days (typically within 72 hours), which showed that the recruiting team genuinely respected candidates’ time. Before each interview, I was given a clear explanation of what to expect, who I would be meeting with, and what the focus of the conversation would be. That helped me prepare and made the process much less stressful. Every interviewer was welcoming and professional, and each conversation felt more like a discussion than an interrogation. They took the time to understand my background and made me feel comfortable sharing my experience. Overall, the interview process was well organized, transparent, and respectful. It was one of the best hiring experiences I’ve had, and it reinforced my decision to join Mews.
