Mews interview questions

The interview process took about 4 weeks from initial outreach to final decision. I was contacted by Stephanie on LinkedIn, and the process consisted of three stages: an initial screening call, a hiring manager interview, and a case study presentation with a panel. Stephanie was fantastic throughout the process, keeping me updated at every stage and making the experience feel very smooth and transparent. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and engaging, and the questions were thoughtful and well-prepared. The interviews felt like genuine conversations rather than interrogations, and they gave me a great insight into the company culture. The final stage was a case study presentation, which had a strong focus on AI and how it could be applied in real-world scenarios. Overall, it was a very positive candidate experience and one of the better interview processes I've been through.

The recruiter screening was very good and asked good screening questions and discussed the role very well. The interviewers at the next stage were a little underprepared but overall it was ok.
