      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Michael Foods

      Interview

Young guy on the phone who must have thought he was talking to one of his "bros" because his professionalism was non-existent. He called because he thought my resume "looked super cool" and he "just wanted to hear about it". I asked more questions then he did and it all boiled down to he needed to talk the hiring director. That was on a Thursday, he was supposedly meeting with them later in the day and would call me back on Friday. Monday came and no word, so I reached out only to have him spend 5 minutes telling me that "he didn't know yet". Wednesday came and he called to say that "this position requires a lot of math and you don't have that...but our job description doesn't really say that, but we need someone who has like, a lot of forecasting and math and you don't.....but I had fun listening to your background" I can't even. I can't even! No wonder you're the laughing stock of the food industry since no one wants to work out in Gaylord. Seriously!
