3 interviews - not tense and traditional, good HR stay connected with you, the entire cycle more than a month. Yet they didn't explain the offer until you got it.

Interview
Very straight forward. Meet with HR and reporting manager to go over your resume and salary expectations, and educational background. They will review your experience as a customer service rep and ask you questions to learn how your skills relate to the job you are interviewing for. They will ask you how you handle a few case scenarios to see if you meet their expectations.I found the interviewing process to be very traditional. The people are very nice.
