I really enjoy working at Microserve. The people are great, the customers are great. I find everyone to be really collaborative and easy to talk to. Tons of people here have been with the company for a long time and moved up through the company.

Cons

It’s a dynamic environment so maybe not a good fit for people who struggle with change. Best fit for people who are comfortable taking initiative and working autonomously.

Absolutely zero pros to name.

Cons

Throughout my tenure here, I've witnessed almost all of my colleagues get laid off. For a company that prides themselves so heavily, you won't realize what you're getting into until you see it first hand. The work environment has no structure, and oftentimes, you're just learning things on the fly. If their clients realized how things were truly managed, they would move their business elsewhere.
