The interview process was positive and professional. First, I met virtually with the hiring manager, who was friendly and welcoming, sharing honest details about the opportunities and challenges in the role and expressing genuine curiosity about my background and what I could bring to the position. Next, I visited the office for a group interview with some of the leadership team. The interview questions focused on my relevant experiences and my approach to solving business problems. After the group interview, I met one-on-one with the hiring manager, and the in-person interview concluded with a tour of the facility, providing me with opportunities to ask questions about the product, technology, team, and manufacturing process. I left with a feeling that the team is genuine, motivated, and competent. After the in-person interview, I had virtual meetings with 2 other members of the team whom I did not meet during my visit.
