Mil-Spec Industries interview questions

Met representatives from Mil-Spec at a college career fair and was immediately penciled in for an interview the following day. No email, just a word of mouth confirmation. Showed up at the tiny, cramped office and initially was given reading materials on the company to look at, then met with an employee to go over the aspects of the job in her tiny office which basically consisted of being on the phone from 9am to 6pm. Then, I met with the CEO of the firm who simply went over my resume and offered me the position.
